Collin Bishop

Collin commenced his corporate finance career in London in
1985 with PWC (then C&L) returning to South Africa in 1987, being admitted as a PWC partner in 1988.
In 1998 Collin established Bishop Corporate Finance. During the period 1998 to date Collin has acted as lead advisor to clients on corporate transactions across a wide spectrum of industries both local and internationally.
Collin has also been instrumental in changing the face of agriculture operations, through the conversion of co-operatives to companies, and subsequent allied corporate activity.
Collin’s focus continues to be assisting owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs in growing their businesses through disposals and/or acquisitions but always with the goal of achieving the extraordinary.
Ian Watkins
PhD.Eng. BComm.
Ian’s extensive industrial experience is underpinned by a PhD in Engineering from Cranfield University (UK) as well as a BComm degree.
Ian has over 25 years’ experience in senior executive management roles, including 8 years as managing director of a large privately owned industrial group with strong international associations.
He has managed companies in manufacturing, distribution and project engineering operations in the automotive, oil, railway, minerals and health & safety business sectors.
Ian has an established track record of successful remedial interventions in underperforming operations and of developing and implementing corporate strategic solutions.
Davide Bishop
BComm. LLB. LLM.
Davide is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, specialising in mining, environmental and commercial law. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Stellenbosch, as well as, a Master of Laws degree in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town.
Davide has an extensive understanding of the South African mining and environmental legal regime and has assisted private individuals, public entities as well as small, medium and large corporations in the mining sector comply with the sectors’ nuanced regulatory requirements.
Davide provides a complete, cradle to grave, transactional, regulatory and project management solution to a niche target market.
Gerron Fraser
LLB.
Gerron is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, specialising in the effective and efficient management of mining operations within the Southern African context. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and has extensive operational experience in the extractive industry, across various commodity bases.
Gerron has a deep and practical understanding of the South African extractive industry and has assisted with the negotiation, structuring and execution of acquisitions of mining assets, as well as the management and implementation of numerous mining projects, and is able to assist clients from project inception to closure.
Gerron is well placed to pro-actively assist with identifying project challenges, risks and opportunities while ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and sustainable business growth.
